Welcome! I am so glad to have you here.

My name is Danielle. I am a Registered Psychotherapist practicing under the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Golden Hour Psychotherapy was created to support individuals who are outwardly capable, yet often carrying the invisible weight of anxiety, stress, trauma, burnout, and perfectionism.

With over 10 years of experience working with clients in the fitness field, I have grown to realize that true wellness includes physical and mental health. I believe in a whole-person perspective to psychotherapy—recognizing the deep and dynamic connection between mind and body.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based behavioural therapy, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you develop greater clarity, flexibility, and self-compassion.
